This Privacy Policy describes how Ecadrosa Capital S.A.S. ("Ecadrosa", "we") collects, uses and protects the personal information of visitors to ecadrosa.com and subscribers to our newsletter. It applies the Ecuadorian Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP), published in Official Registry No. 459 of 26 May 2021.

2. Data we collect
Name and email address provided in the newsletter subscription form; anonymised technical data such as truncated IP address, browser type and pages visited; and analytics or advertising cookies only when you grant explicit consent.
3. Purposes
To send the requested guide and newsletter communications; to measure site performance and improve the experience; to comply with legal obligations, including the anti-money-laundering rules supervised by UAFE.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent at the time of subscription and on Ecadrosa's legitimate interest in operating and improving the site. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Processors and third parties
We use providers for email delivery and site analytics, located in the European Union, the United States and Latin America. All processors are bound by contracts that ensure an adequate level of protection under the LOPDP.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your newsletter subscription is active and for an additional three-year period for claims purposes, after which it is securely deleted.
7. Your rights
You may access, rectify, delete or object to the processing of your data, request portability and file a complaint with the Ecuadorian Superintendency for Personal Data Protection. To exercise these rights, write to hola@ecadrosa.com.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging, to protect your information against unauthorised access.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The date of the last update will always appear at the top of the document.
